All 5 cabins kitchens are located near the lake as shown in the image below. Each cabin is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pans, coffee maker, and toaster. Fresh bed linens, air conditioning and WIFI with Roku for streaming. See our helpful packing list below.

Reservation & Deposit

A deposit of $500.00 per cabin is required to confirm reservations for weekly rentals.
Reservation Deposit. Cash, Personal check, visa, mastercard, and discover, a service fee of 3.5% will be added to all credit cards.
A deposit of $250.00 per cabin is required to confirm reservations for weekend rentals.
Deposits are non-refundable, unless a 60 day notice is given AND your cabin vacancy is filled.
There is a $25.00 service fee on all refunds.
At the end of your stay you have the first option to reserve your cabin for the same time next year. A deposit is required at checkout to confirm your next year’s reservation. Otherwise, cabins are available on a first come, first served basis.

additional guests & daily visitors

For the privacy and comfort of our guests, please let us know if you are expecting any daily visitors.
All visitors must register at the office for parking pass.
All daily visitors must be off the grounds by 11:00 pm.
There is a $15 per person, per night or $100 per person, per week charge for each additional guest above the rate base occupancy.
Children 2 and under are free.
Tents are not allowed around cabins. Check campground availability if needed.

pets

We currently accept pets at Elk Horn Resort.

Pet Fee - Cabins: $35 per pet, per day or $175.00 per pet, per week charge.
Minnesota state law requires that all pets be on a leash at all times. This will be enforced or owner will be asked to take pet to a kennel. No exceptions. Owner is responsible for the immediate removal of pet waste. Pets are not to be left alone at any time for any reason while in cabins or if tied up. Pets are not allowed on swimming beach. Our policy is for the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests.
